These terms apply to purchases from nool studio (“we”, “us”) through this website.

Handmade products

Every piece is handmade, so small variations in stitch, size and colour from photos are part of its character and not defects. Colours may look slightly different on different screens.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable Indian taxes. For international orders, your card provider converts the amount to your currency. An order is confirmed once payment is received. We accept prepaid orders only (UPI, cards, netbanking); cash on delivery is not available. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if we can't fulfil it.

Custom requests

If a custom request needs extra work or materials, we'll tell you the updated price before we start. Nothing extra is charged without your agreement.

Safety

Crochet garments should be worn under adult supervision. Please check ties and fastenings before each use, and don't leave young babies unattended while wearing clothing with ties.
